Insulect History
Insulect Australia was established in 1993 as a niche provider of insulation materials for electrical, thermal and mechanical applications. These materials were largely sold into the industrial electrical manufacturing sector, for products like high voltage transformers and switchgear.
Since these humble beginnings, Insulect has since grown considerably. Following a change in ownership in 1997, the company commenced a program of expansion through strategic acquisitions, investment in modern equipment and highly trained people.
Today Insulect services a much larger customer base through a diverse range of complementary products and services. The company continues to grow and adapt to meet the changing needs of our customers and the markets in which we operate.
