Manufacturing Services
Insulect has two manufacturing sites - Brisbane and Melbourne - that are highly experienced at delivering short run, specialty or volume based machining and fabrication for manufacturing, assembly and repair operations. We can produce cut-to-order sheet material, as well as semi-finished and finished components.

Electrical Insulating Materials
We provide a complete range of insulating materials and products including plastics, composites and cellulose-based materials for electric motor and generator manufacture and repair. Our long-term partnerships with quality global-leading suppliers such as Pucaro, Munksjö and Röchling enable us to deliver a premium product range and meet the exacting standards of our customers.
Electrical Insulating Tapes and Films
Our expertise and product offering extends to adhesive tapes suited for electrical insulation and isolation, such as those used within motors and generators. Our manufacturing facility at Brisbane includes custom converting and slitting capabilities for our full range of tapes. We are able to slit to tolerances of 1mm.
