Large Oil Level Indicators

Provides continuous indication of the liquid level inside of a transformer’s main tank, conservator tank or load tap changer compartment. Models available with gear driven or lever driven float mechanisms. Gear driven mechanism provides amplified pointer movement relative to corresponding float travel. Lever driven gauges offers slimmer profile for tight spaces within a transformer. Integrated switches allow for limit and alarm control functions

Remote Oil Level Indicators

AKM OLR Remote Mechanical Oil Level Indicator

Remote OLI Picture.jpg

Hydro-mechanical, capillary based, oil level indicator (liquid level gauge). Provides accurate indication of level at the safest and most convenient location, eye level. Designed for use in even the highest conservator tanks. Includes integrated microswitches for control and alarm functions. Electronic output for SCADA integration is available.

Qualitrol 039 Remote Electronic Oil Level Indicator

Remote OLI Picture - 2.jpg

Local reading level gauge and an electronic remote module offers continuous indication of the liquid level for a transformer’s main tank, conservator tank or load tap changer compartment. Provides a variable resistant output to the remote module for continuous monitoring. Remote module has offset and separate high and low gain adjustments to allow for exact matching to the local reading level gauge.

Small Oil Level Indicators

Qualitrol 020/030 and AKM 44680 Small Oil Level Indicator

Qualitrol 035 Small Oil Level Indicator

Provides continuous indication of the liquid level inside of a transformer’s main tank, conservator tank or load tap changer compartment. Lever driven gauges provide slimmer profile for tight spaces within a transformer.

Provides continuous indication of the liquid level inside of a transformer’s main tank, conservator tank or load tap changer compartment. Integrated switches allow limit and alarm functions.

Vertical Oil Level Indicators

Qualitrol 049 Vertical Oil Level Indicator Switch

Qualitrol 015 Vertical Oil Level Indicator

Qualitrol 029 Vertical Oil Level Indicator

Provides continuous indication of the liquid level within an oil filled transformer’s main tank, conservator tank or load tap changer compartment. Integrated switches allow limit and alarm functions.

Mechanical oil (liquid) level indicator with adjustable contacts (switches) for low oil level alarming. Magnetic couple minimizes potential leak paths. Gas sampling valve supplied as an option.

Provides continuous indication of the liquid level in a transformer’s main tank, conservator tank or load tap changer compartment. Gear driven mechanism provides amplified dial pointer movement proportional to the float travel. Gasket free, weld-on flange removes the possibility of seal degradation and inhibits leaking.
