PSPM Support Plans:
Real network monitoring tasks only begin once a system is commissioned. This is why we continue to support our customers once they are operational through our suite of Support Plans and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Our service plans cover everything from remote health checks of hardware and operating systems, to software and firmware updates, diagnosis and rectification of identified problems, maintenance and repairs, help desk and much more.
